Mr. Ubale, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the mutation entry was not effectuated by the Talathi. The petitioners have approached the Taluka Level Committee constituted as per the circular dated 13.02.2015. The Committee has not considered the grievance of the petitioners.

The learned Addl. G. P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

In case, the application of the petitioners is pending with the Taluka Level Committee headed by respondent No. 2, then the said Committee shall take decision upon the grievance of the petitioners on
