ORDER :- 1.

Nobody is present for the petitioners. Seen the representation dated 19.06.2013. It is on the basis of some undertaking given in Writ Petition No.6277/2006 by the parties of the petition. Learned Counsel for the Local Body - Jalgaon Corporation submits that as Jalgaon Corporation was not party to that proceeding and no such undertaking is given, no directions can be given on the basis of the said undertaking.

As there is nothing on the record to show that any undertaking was given by Jalgaon Corporation, no such direction can be given.

The petition is disposed of as not tenable.
