This is an application for condonation of delay and bringing legal representatives of respondent no.1 on record. 2.

Learned Counsel for respondents no.3 to 6 has lodged a formal objection.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 578 days, caused in preferring the Civil Application, stands condoned, subject to costs of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited with the Library, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad.

In view of order of condonation of delay, the prayer for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.1 stands allowed. 5.

Appropriate amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

If the amendment is carried out, issue notice to respondents no.1-a to 1-f, returnable eight weeks thereafter.
