It is submitted that respondent no.4 is an elected representative, and, at the same time, she is also serving with the Zilla Parishad as Anganwadi Madatnis. As per the policy prescribed by the State vide Government Resolution dated 5th August, 2010 (Exh.D), if an elected representative continues to hold the post of Anganwadi Sevika, Madatnis and Mini Anganwadi Sevika, their services are liable to be terminated in the event of their failure to tender resignation.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is open for the respondent authorities to take necessary action in the matter. No directions need to be issued in the matter. Writ Petition is disposed of.
