The Petitioners have filed this Petition for a limited direction to Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide pending tribe claim of the Petitioners. There is urgency in the matter as Petitioner No.1 has to submit validity certificate before 04.09.2025 in the context of admission to M.B.A. course. 2.

The learned AGP appears on behalf of both the Respondents.

We are informed that the final hearing as regards the tribe claim of the Petitioners was over on 29.07.2025 before the Scrutiny Committee and orders are awaited.

In the light of the urgency projected on behalf of the Petitioners, we direct Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioners on or before 03.09.2025. 5.
