Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, at this stage, submits that, the effect of the order dated 8.12.2017 may be stayed for a period of six weeks from today, so as to enable the respondent to approach the Supreme Court. 2.

This Court has granted ad-interim stay in favour of the respondent on condition to deposit 50% of the amount under award within a period of eight weeks from the date of order, however, till this date, respondent herein (petitioner in W.P. No.4711/2011) has deposited only Rs.4,30,000/- as against Rs.16,95,000/-.

In view of the same, I do not find any justifiable reason to stay the effect of this order. Request stands refused. ( V.K. JADHAV, J. ) ...
