ORDER :- Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are appointed as Assistant Teachers in aided school on unaided division.

Respondent No.3 has forwarded proposal to respondent No.2 for seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner. The proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post are pending with respondent No.2 Education Officer (Exhibit-A) (page-10). Learned counsel for the petitioners has relied on the Judgment of Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 1493 of 2018 and other connected Writ Petitions, dated 4th July, 2019 .

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents No.1 and 2. 3.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioners from unaided to aided post (Exhibit-A, Page-10) is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from today. The Education Officer shall consider the Judgment referred (supra). Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
