The petitioner has put forth prayer clause C as under :- "C) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ in like nature the respondent no.2 i.e. the Tahasildar Ambajogai Tq.Ambajogai District may kindly be directed to decide the proceeding bearing No.2020/Jama-1/ROR/CR in respect of objection to the mutation entry No.1474 sanctioned in favour of petitioner on the basis of sale deed bearing no.2945/2020 and 2946/2020 dated 10.08.2020."

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We direct respondent No.2 to grant a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent No.3 and decide the pending proceedings on it's own merits and by considering the record and the law applicable, on or before 15.01.2023.
