Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of this petition, the petitioners assail the order dated 23.03.2021 passed by the Tahsildar, Partur in matter No. 2019 /ROR /APPEAL /CR-1 under the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, which was confirmed by order dated 02.09.2022 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Partur, in matter No. 202 /ROR /APPEAL /CR-36.

Learned Counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 7 submits that pursuant to the order passed by the Tahsildar, the order has already been given effect to and the way has been opened and therefore, nothing survives in the present petition.
