Advocate for applicants: Mr.S.C. Swami APPs for Respondent/State : Mr.K.S.Patil, Mr.M.M. Nerlikar, Mr.A.R. Borulkar, Mr.S.W. Mundhe ...

CORAM: S.S.SHINDE & SANGITRAO S. PATIL, JJ.

Dated: October 05, 2016 ...

At the outset, the learned A.P.Ps.

appearing for the Respondent/State inform this Court that the Investigating Officer has filed the charge-sheets in three matters.

2.

Since the contentions raised in all these applications are similar and in view of the fact that already three charge-sheets are filed by the Investigating Officer, it would be appropriate that the Court seized with the matters be moved by the applicants, by way of filing applications for

discharge, if the applicants are so advised. All these applications take exception only to the F.I.Rs., it is not desirable to take decision without having access to the charge-sheets and its accompaniments.

3.

In that view of the matter, the applications stand dismissed with liberty to the applicants to take out appropriate applications for discharge before the concerned Court.
