As per the copy of the death certifcate, Anant Mahajan died on 19th August, 2022 and, therefore, this application is well within time. As such, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The Respondent-State-acquiring body is directed to bring the legal heirs of deceased Anant Waman Mahajan on record,
