When this petition is taken up for consideration, the contesting respondent - Municipal Corporation is ready to make a statement, as recorded in similar matters earlier. We believe that such a statement sufficiently takes care of the apprehensions of the petitioners herein. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent - Municipal Corporation in this petition, on instructions, makes a categorical statement that in the event the properties / structures belonging to the petitioner are required while executing the project of road widening, the respondent - Municipal Corporation shall proceed strictly in accordance with law and that the mandate of law, including the position clarified by

This sufficiently takes care of the apprehensions expressed on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, upon recording the said statement made on behalf of the respondent - Municipal Corporation, this petition is disposed of.
