The learned Advocate for 17 petitioners submits that all these petitioners have been absorbed in the light of the Government Resolution dated 15.09.2010. This petition, is therefore, worked out and can be disposed off.

In view of the above, this petition stands disposed off. WRIT PETITION NO. 4709 OF 2014 3.
The learned Advocate for the petitioners points out that
1102wp3978.14 except petitioner No. 5 Pramod Waman Pawar, the remaining 10 petitioners and 17 petitioners in Writ Petition No. 3978 of 2014, have all benefited from the G.R., referred to herein above. It is only that Pramod Waman Pawar is left out.

The learned Advocate for the Education Officer submits in the light of a communication received by him dated 29.06.2022, from the Education Officer (Primary), Shri Vikas M. Patil, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon that appropriate decision would be taken within three weeks. The copy of the said letter is marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to the Education Officer (Primary) Mr. Vikas M. Patil, in the light of the communication 'X' that, an order in favour of Pramod Waman Pawar shall be passed akin to the orders issued to the 17 petitioners in WP No. 3978 of 2014 and the 10 petitioners in this petition. We would not expect the Education Officer, to seek extension of time.

Pending Civil Applications do not survive and stand disposed off.
