Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

The applicants have fled this application for bringing themselves on record being the legal representatives of original appellant / claimant Mr. Sunil Vasantrao Pawar, who admittedly died on 29/04/2021.

It appears that the present applicants have already settled the matter before the learned Tribunal i.e. executing court in Motor Accident Claim Darkhast No.14 of 2021 before the Lok-Adalat dated 25/09/2021 at Ambejogai and also received the amount as stated by the learned counsel for the applicants. Now the applicants want to withdraw the present appeal and therefore, it is necessary to bring themselves on record. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-A.

The necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. Application is disposed of accordingly.
