We have heard Mr. Anerao, the learned Counsel for the petitioner; Mrs. Deshpande, the learned Asset. Government Pleader for respondent nos.1 to 5 and Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned Counsel for respondent nos.6 to 9.

The grievance is about non-disbursement of funds for completion of Aanganwadi building. Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned Counsel for respondent nos.6 to 9, submits that on 21st November 2015, the State Government has passed a resolution thereby sanctioning funds for the financial year 2015-16 and pursuant to that, within one month, legitimate amounts due and payable would be made available. 3.
In view of the said statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
