Heard learned counsel for the applicants and respondent no.1. Appeal filed by the insurance company is also pending against the award, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Beed. However, for final hearing of the appeal, some time may be required, as owner is yet to be served.

Thus, considering the old age of applicant no.3, permission is granted to withdraw Rs. Six Lac out of the deposited compensation amount along with accrued interest, subject to filing written undertaking by

ca11984.18 applicant nos. 1 and 3 to re-deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. Undertaking shall be filed within two weeks from the date of passing of this order.
