2] The petitioner has been working without salary till this date. Therefore, following order is being made. 3] Though the petitioner has been working as a Junior Clerk since 16.8.2013 and the proposal is already forwarded for approval and the same is pending with respondent no.2, we direct the concerned officers /

WP 9888/16 - 2 - respondents to decide the same in accordance with law, as early as possible and preferably within four weeks from today.

4] The petition is disposed of accordingly with liberty. No costs.
