1] The present matter is moved for speaking to minutes in respect of order dated 10.09.2025. 2] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the order dated 10.09.2025 in para no.5 in line no.1, instead of 'In the event the terms of compromise are executed', it should be 'In the event such application being filed' and correction be made in the aforesaid order. 3] In the order dated 10.09.2025 in para no.5 in line no.1, instead of 'In the event the terms of compromise are executed', it be substituted as 'In the event such application being filed'. Correction be made accordingly. Motion is disposed of.
