The petitioner / financial institution shall serve two copies of the petition paper book on the learned AGP forthwith. 2.
The petitioner is aggrieved by an interlocutory order dated 7.8.2019, by which, the revisional authority, exercising jurisdiction under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act had directed respondents 2 to 4 to deposit an amount of Rs.4,80,000/- under sub-section 2A, when the recoverable amount was about Rs.20,00,000/- approximately as on date and the amount under Section 101 certificate is about Rs.12,46,000/-. Section 154(2A) of the Act mandates 50% deposit.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 19.11.2019. The learned AGP waives service for respondents 1 and 5. Until further orders, the proceedings before respondent No.1 shall stand adjourned. Nevertheless, respondents 2 to 4 shall deposit the amount of Rs.4,80,000/- before respondent No.1, as is directed. 5.
