The applicant-acquiring body is seeking permission to deposit the amount of compensation and also continuation of stay granted under order dated 02.05.2019. The learned counsel for the respondent is not seriously disputing the matter. As such the application is hereby allowed and the applicant-acquiring body is permitted to deposit the amount in this application by way of cheque Rs.7,68,281/-. On such deposit the stay granted earlier will be continued. Application is disposed of.
