PER COURT :- After hearing learned Counsel appearing for the parties, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) Application is partly allowed.

II) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount alongwith interest accrued thereon subject to submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The balance amount be deposited in the Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized Bank, initially for a period of two years, and if so required, for further period till decision of the appeal.

III) Civil Application No.11652 of 2018 stands disposed of.
