The learned advocate for the petitioners places on record the original communication dated 10.12.2021 received by him from the petitioners setting forth a request that the petition may be disposed off as withdrawn since the petitioners desire to file a fresh petition. The said communication is taken on record

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that there are certain events that have occurred during the pendency of this petition. By filing a fresh petition, all these subsequent events are sought to be brought on record.

The learned advocates representing the respective respondents do not oppose despite the petitioners having made it clear that they would be bringing on record certain subsequent events and would also be putting forth the claim for unpaid wages.

Considering the above and taking into account Order XXIII Rule 1(3)(b) of the Code of Civil Procedure, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh petition, keeping open the issue of limitation in relation to additional cause of action as may be set out in the petition. kps (S.G.
