Present proceeding is filed for relief of transferring the investigation in present crime to Economic Offence Wing or Crime Branch. As investigation is completed and "A" summary report is filed, it is upto the Judicial Magistrate, First Class to take decision on it. If "A" summary report is not accepted, it is open to the petitioner to approach this Court. 3.
