The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, during the pendency of this writ petition, by order of this Court dated 19.1.2016 the matter was referred for mediation. Accordingly, report is submitted by the Mediator, wherein, it is informed to the Court that Medication is successful and accordingly terms and conditions are annexed alongwith the report. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in terms of settlement between the parties, this Writ Petition can be disposed off. 2.

In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed off in terms of the settlement marked as 'X' for identification. In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.
