We direct the learned Advocate for the applicant to delete the names of the Judges mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the application. Deletion be carried out forthwith. 2.

This civil application has been filed within limitation, praying for recalling the order dated 27/08/2021, which granted time to the petitioner to remove office objections. Having failed in doing so, the petition was dismissed without reference to the Court.

The learned A.G.P. strongly opposes the application. 4.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed, subject to the following conditions :- (a) All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 25/11/2021, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the earlier order of dismissal, shall continue to operate;

(b) On fulfilling the above conditions, the order of this Court, dated 27/08/2021 in the writ petition, shall stand recalled and the petition shall stand restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed in default. Interim relief to continue.

Shri. Rodge along with Shri Chaudhari, the learned Advocates submit that they would file their 'Vakilpatra' on behalf of the petitioner, on or before 25/11/2021.
