This application is filed for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.1618/2022, which was dismissed on 24/06/2025. 2.

Learned advocate for applicant submits that due to absence of advocate representing the petitioner on account of his personal difÏculty the matter was dismissed, and therefore, it may be restored by condoning the delay of 21 days. 3.

This Court disposed of the writ petition as nothing remained in respect of said summons which was challenged in the same. It is, therefore, clear that the writ petition was disposed of having been rendered infructuous. According to us, the present application is misconceived and not maintainable. Thus, the writ petition is not liable to be restored. Application is, therefore, rejected.
