In response to the request made by this court, the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad has substantially reduced the rate. I appreciate the efforts taken by the learned Commissioner. Even the Standing Committee has also passed a Resolution on the basis of proposal submitted by the learned Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad. In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of.

In the backdrop of instant and sincere response on the part of the learned Commissioner in substantially reducing the rates keeping in mind the interest of common people in the physical fitness activities, I hope that the petitioner would not proceed with the pending suit.
