Heard. Perused the Application. This Application is filed seeking direction to send the Record and Proceedings to Sessions Court in order to enable the Sessions Court to hear and decide the Criminal Appeal No.15 of 2002 arising out of

cra4892.16 same Judgment and order.

Having regard to the fact that Criminal Appeal Nos. 689 of 2002 and 690 of 2002 are already listed for final hearing and the Appeals are old one, it is desirable that Appeals before this Court be heard expeditiously so that R. & P. can be forwarded to Sessions Court after the disposal of Appeals before this Court.

List the Appeals for final hearing on 22nd September 2016.

Parties to take note that Appeals will not be adjourned on the next date, unless compelling cause is assigned.

The Criminal Application is disposed of in above above terms.
