An amount of Rs.25,000/- came to be deposited by the respondent - husband before this Court, pursuant to an order of maintenance passed by the court below, of which withdrawal is sought. 3.

The claim is opposed by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent - husband on the ground that there are fair chances of getting succeeded in the present proceedings. 4.

In my opinion, even if the above referred contention is accepted, still the applicants till such date. Hence, Criminal Application stands allowed.

criap4893.16 (2) The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited. 5.

Criminal Revision Application be placed for admission on 14th October, 2016, as prayed by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants.
