Heard learned Counsel for the respective applicants who are seeking restoration of their First Appeals alongwith the applications as mentioned in all these applications by setting aside the order dated 11.01.2022 passed by the learned Registrar of this Court, whereby registration of aforesaid appeals and applications was refused for want of removal of offce objections. The learned Counsel for the applicants now undertakes to remove the offce objections within two weeks. As such, all the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to removal of offce objections within the period of two weeks from today. The delay of 196 days caused in fling all these applications also stands condoned.
