The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondents Nos. 1 and 2. 2.

Mr. Gunale, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner is appointed as a Peon from V.J. Category. The petitioner has been issued validity certificate as belonging to Kaikadi, V.J. The validity certificate is also submitted to the Education Officer. The respondent No.4 has forwarded the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner is pending with the Education Officer (Exhibit C) then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with the law expeditiously, preferably within 6 months. Writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
