The Petitioner is equipped with the Revenue Recovery Certificates (RRC) pursuant to the proceedings under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, before the Controlling Authority, which is the Labour Court. The Employer did not file any appeal before the Appellate Authority and the judgments of the Controlling Authority have attained finality. 2.

The only request put forth in this petition is to issue directions to Respondent No.2/Collector to ensure that RRC is executed. RRC is annexed at Exhibit C in this petition, which

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the direction to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to ensure that the RRC is executed on or before 31.12.2023. A report of compliance of this order would be tendered by Respondent No.2 before this Court within two weeks from the date of execution of the RRC or from 31.12.2023, whichever is earlier. kps (Y. G.
