Mr.Surwase, learned counsel for Respondent No.4 submits that the amount as claimed has been deposited. According to Mr.Munde, learned counsel, the said amount deposited is 80% of the total claim of the petitioners. The execution proceedings are pending. The parties may settle the said dispute with regard to the exact amount of compensation receivable by the petitioners in the said execution proceedings.

As the orders stand complied though belatedly, the contempt
