Mr. Pawar, learned advocate submits that the amount, earlier directed to be deposited could not be deposited for want of budgetary provisions.

In the circumstances, interim stay to the execution of the impugned award granted earlier is hereby made absolute on the same terms and condition, subject to the appellant deposits the amount covered under the impugned awards in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of this order. Upon failure to deposit the amount within stipulated time, the stay shall stand vacated and the applications for stay shall stand dismissed without any further reference to the Court.
