PER COURT :- The ad. interim order directing for access of the petitioner to the child, is a matter of challenge in the instant writ petition. According to the petitioner, instead of granting custody of the child, the Trial Court has granted permission to meet the minor child twice in a month on working Saturdays. The Miscellaneous Application, seeking custody of the child, presented under the Guardian & Wards Act, 1980 is stated to be pending since 2015. In the facts of the case and taking into consideration the issue involved i.e. custody of the child, this petition can be disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the Application seeking custody of the child presented by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed. The writ petition stands disposed of.
