Heard both the sides finally.

The petitioner is running out of time. She is seeking to take admission through NEET but her proposal is still pending adjudication before the Scrutiny Committee.

It appears that the petitioner was served with a copy of the vigilance report and as submitted by the learned AGP on instructions, she has not responded to it. In the circumstances, no fault can be found with the Committee in not being able to decide the petitioner's proposal.

Be that as it may, considering the petitioner is 17 years old/a student, we direct her to appear before the Committee on 21.08.2023 and file her reply to the vigilance report.
