applicant/ petitioner is seeking direction that the claim of the petitioner be considered on the basis of the Government Resolutions dated 6/12/2010, 20/5/2015, 21/9/2017 and 25/7/2025.

3.

The learned counsel for the respondent Zilla Parishad opposed the Civil Application on the ground that the claim of the petitioner has been submitted belatedly and the same cannot be considered. However, we find that the respondent Zilla Parishad may take an appropriate decision on the application made by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law and as per the Government policy within a period of eight weeks from today. With these directions, the Writ Petition and the Civil Application stand disposed of. (ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, J.) (R.G. AVACHAT, J.) fmp/-
