PER COURT :­ I have heard the submissions of the learned Advocate Shri Dhorde on behalf of the applicants and the learned ASG Shri Deshpande on behalf of the respondents.

The order passed by this Court dated 13.8.2018 in Writ Petition No.15070 of 2017 has still not been complied with. The learned ASG tenders a copy of the communication dated 17.9.2018 addressed by the Admin Commandant to the Defence Estate Officer, DEO Circle, Pune directing the said authority to initiate appropriate steps expeditiously for implementing the order of this Court. Copy of the said communication is taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for identification.

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 2­ CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 12128 OF 2018 In view of the above, this civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), which reads as under:­ "(B) Direct the respondents to issue the no objection certificate to the applicants and for that purpose issue necessary orders" The respondent shall, therefore, issue the required no objection certificate within four weeks from today.
