Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for respondents.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that original claimant - respondent no.1 - Raghunath Hari Pawar, respondent no.2 - Pandurang Hari Pawar and respondent no.5 - Subadhra Hari Pawar are died during pendency of the appeal. Therefore, their heirs and legal representatives as mentioned in paragraph no.5 of the application be taken on record.

Considering the submissions of all the learned counsel and the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A" and
