In a marital discord, the petitioner/husband prays that the marriage petition No.109/2021 should be decided expeditiously. The marriage petition has been filed on 13.07.2021. 2.

There are several litigants, who are standing in a queue waiting for final hearing in their matters. Just because the petitioner has approached the High Court in a matter, which is filed 12 months ago, it would be unfair to the other litigants to expedite the hearing in this matter.
