We have heard the learned advocate for the four Petitioners for 30 minutes. Their representaton dated 02.01.2023, lodged with the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Beed is pending. Another issue is as to whether they could be transferred from the Balwadi Mata category to the Anganwadi Madatnis position, after the probable closure of Balwadi in the villages. 2.

We called upon the learned advocate after hearing him for more than 30 minutes as to whether the Petitioners would desire an order to be passed by the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad on their representations, within a particular time frame. The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the representation will be decided on or before 31.08.2023.

The learned advocate therefore submits that the representation may be decided on or before 31.08.2023 and the decision may be communicated to the Petitioners by WhatsApp on the following mobile numbers:

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

We grant liberty to the Petitioners to submit their written notes of submissions in support of their representation which shall be tendered to the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Beed up to 5.00 p.m. on 25.08.2023. The C.E.O. would consider the represention and the written notes of submissions and pass a reasoned order.

After the CEO decides the representation of the Petitioners and they are served with the order passed thereon, if the Petitioners are aggrieved, they would be at liberty to avail of a statutory remedy as is permissible in law. All contentions are kept open.
