The present petition takes exception to the order passed by Additional Collector, Jalna dated 07.01.2015 and Divisional Commissioner at Aurangabad dated 11.08.2015 under provisions of Section 14(H), J-3 read with Section 16 of Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, 1958.

The petitioner was declared as disqualified to hold the post of member of Village Panchayat. The petitioner was elected as member of Village Panchayat in the year 2013. The term of such election is expired. Hence, nothing survives in writ petition for consideration.
