The learned counsel for the appellants submits that even before the tribunal the proceedings were decided ex parte. The learned counsel for the appellants submits that his last known address was of Nagpur, as such, he seeks leave for paper publication in the Nagpur edition of the newspaper mentioned in Civil Application No.10530 of 2023.

In view of the above, in the first appeal, the learned counsel for the appellants is permitted to serve respondent no.1 by way of paper publication in the Nagpur edition of the newspaper mentioned in Civil Application No.10530 of 2023.
