The applicants were arrested on 19th August 2015 in Crime No.I206 registered at MIDC Nagar Police Station, District Ahmednagar for offences punishable under Sections 394, 397 read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code pursuant to a complaint dated 18th August 2015. 3.
After the applicants were arrested, the recovery of home theater, the cash and the motorcycle was effected. The investigation to that extent is already complete in the matter. The applicants are behind the bars since last about two months and the nature of injuries sustained by the complainant is simple, as is available in medical evidence in case diary.

In view of above background, In my opinion, no purpose will be served in detaining the applicants. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order.

The applicants Tushar @ Talya son Vishwas Bhakre and Sandeep son of Chandrkant Kamble be released on bail in connection with Crime No.I-206 registered at MIDC Nagar Police Station, District Ahmednagar for offences punishable under Sections 394, 397 read with sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code; upon furnishing P.R.Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs.Fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount. 6.
The applicants shall not enter the jurisdiction of concerned Police Station till filing of charge-sheet.
