The only prayer put forth by the petitioners is to the University for grant of pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 + Grad Pay of Rs.2400/- in the light of the Government Resolution dated 11.02.2013, with retrospective effect from 01.01.2006. They are unaware as to whether this request is entertained by the University and whether it is forwarded to the Finance Department of the Government of Maharashtra for a decision. 2.

The learned advocate prays on instructions that the University may be directed to consider the

In view of the above, we are not issuing notice.

This petition is disposed off.

We would expect respondent no.3Agriculture University to deal with the request of the petitioners dated 27.09.2017, if not already considered. The due procedure laid down in law be followed by the University. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioners since they desire that the University by directed to consider their request and forward the proposal to the State Government for sanction.
