The petitioners have moved an application under Section 28 A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, on 1.7.2019 and on 7.5.2016, respectively, and pray that the said applications be decided expeditiously.

The learned Chief Government Pleader submits that the reasonable period of three months be granted. 3.
In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. If there
wp10588.22 -2is no other legal impediment or any other hurdle, the applications under Section 28 A of the Land Acquisition Act 1894, filed by the petitioners on 1.7.2019 and on 7.5.2016, respectively, shall be decided on or before 28.02.2023.
