Smt. Ladda submits that the amount under the award could not be deposited as no provision for the same was made. In the circumstances, stay granted to the execution of the impugned award, is hereby made absolute on the condition that now the appellant deposits the amount under the award together with uptodate interest in this Court within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of this order.

Upon failure, the present order shall stand vacated and the application shall stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
