The parties submits that undisputedly in this matter the increase in more than 10 times on what was granted by the land acquisition officer. 2.

In view of the same, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the total compensation amount awarded by the reference court on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court. The remaining 25% be kept in fixed deposit on yearly basis. The civil application for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in other matters arising out of the same acquisition proceedings this court has confirmed the orders passed by the reference court.

The learned counsel for the acquiring body to ascertain the same.

In the event that this court has also confirmed the orders passed by the reference court in connected matters this appeal itself can be disposed of after a period of six (06) weeks. 5.

List this matter for disposal after six

(06) weeks.
