This application is filed by the original claimants for condonation of delay caused in filing first appeal. The first appeal is filed for enhancement of the amount of compensation challenging the judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court to the limited extent. 3.

Considering that, the applicants are claimants and they are seeking enhancement in the amount for their land, this Court finds that the application needs to be allowed.
