Mr. Undre, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is given for grant of FL-III license on 03.07.2019. All reports have been received by the authorities. All NOCs are also submitted, but as yet the proposal is not decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

In case all the reports and the NOCs as required under the statute and rules are received, then the respondent No. 1 or the committee headed by respondent No. 1 shall take decision upon the proposal of the petitioner for grant of FL-III license expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from today.
